QQ embodies the fusion of Quantitative as well as Qualitative data to create fresh insights that inform decision-making conversations, leading to lasting change.
Having spent close to three decades leading and supporting complex people related change efforts within FTSE Top 10 and high-growth global companies, I’ve benefited from living and working internationally and have led multiple teams over the years across a range of disciplines including Organisational Development, Change Management, Culture Change, Employee Engagement as well as People Data & Analytics. I can draw on this experience to offer help across a broad range of people and organisational matters from organisational integrations post M&A activity through to developing high performance cultures. I pride myself on my ability to hold my expertise lightly and take a very business-focussed, pragmatic approach to my consulting work. I work effectively at all levels of an organisation from the shopfloor to the C-Suite through my facilitative approach that builds trusting and psychologically safe relationships with all my stakeholders. I am naturally curious and inquisitive, and I pay particular attention to the quality of dialogue and conversations that take place between individuals and groups in organisations.
